We offer two, standard and premium. If you prefer a check in every week, face to face over video, in addition to reminders throughout the week in your inbox, then the standard plan is a good fit for you. However, if you feel you need a bit more reminding, you can pick our premium plan that has two video calls per week to keep the gaps between support shorter in duration.

Do I need to follow a weight loss plan?
You will need to decide what weight loss plan you are going to follow. This could be calorie counting, weight watchers, keto or your own customized made plan. There are so many great options out there, for people who are looking to adopt a healthy lifestyle. You decide since you know you best!
To Fit Health is not about coaching you on how to eat right or exercise. Instead, we are more like a supportive friend whose mission is to keep you on your chosen path. Supporting from the sidelines and cheering you on to the finish line.
What can I expect during the video call each week?
You will receive a one on one video call that is centered on you and where you are on your journey. Together we go over what your struggles were during the week, pinpoint why things went the way they did and focus on solutions to improve upon for next week. You run the call and decide what is most valuable for you to discuss.
Sometimes you just need a sounding board or for someone to brainstorm with to work it out. To Fit Health is like a friend, all the support but the focus is 100% on you, your success and with positive nudges for you to keep going!
What credentials do you have?
We have experience on the weight loss journey and have gone through the ups and downs ourselves. We understand how your mind can be a big part of whether you are successful or not.
For complete honesty, we have no credentials to make us an expert. We just happen to have been through it and have a passion to see you succeed. We want to offer a way to make it less painful and more possible.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. We believe in our value and think you will agree too, but if that is not the case, we will refund your money. Just email a request within the first 7 days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and not be charged again when the next month comes around.
We promise there will be no hoops to jump through or sneaky tactics.
